Winchester Youth Counselling provides flexible, personalised mental health support for young people aged 11–25 across the Winchester District. They offer both short-term and longer-term therapy options, tailored to meet each young person’s unique needs and circumstances.
There is a growing youth mental health crisis in the UK. More children and young people are struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and other mental health challenges than ever before, and statutory services are simply unable to meet the rising demand.
Winchester Youth Counselling has offered free, confidential mental health across the district since 2002.
