Webcam Performance Improved

Old webcam images have been deleted from the site folders, considerably speeding up loading of the webcam page. Some 10,000+ images had built up since installation – many more than anticipated. As only the latest image is used, the rest were just slowing the system down. Regular removal of these old images will now be put in place (hopefully automated so I don’t forget). -Ron
