What is the target speed for our greens throughout the year and does it vary depending on the time of year?

During the summer months the target speed is between 9.0 and 10.5 on the Stimpmeter. During the winter there is no set target as the grass is not cut as short as in the summer. The grass needs to be left slightly longer in the winter due to the shorter hours of daylight, harsher weather conditions and continued footfall in these conditions.
