Are the practice putting greens the same speed as the greens on the course?

The practice putting green to the side of the 18th green, by the clubhouse, and the putting green on the right hand side when approaching the first tee are, on average, the same speed as the greens on the course. The practice green on the left side when approaching the first tee (where the old first tee used to be) has a slightly different grass mix, and at some times of the year runs a little slower. If there has been heavy rain, as indicated by the cups being almost full of water, then this putting green will be slower.
