The Clubhouse and Dining Room are normally available to visiting golf societies as part of their package. The clubs facilities are also available for private hire by members for non-golfing functions such as birthdays, anniversary celebrations and funeral receptions. The club will also accept private hire bookings for meetings, business presentations, dinners and Christmas parties from other local bona fide clubs and organisations, partner organisations and other member sponsored events. Enquiries should, in the first instance, be made to the Club Secretary on 01962-733746.

We think the Golf Club is a special venue; a comfortable clubhouse with magnificent views across the course, a large patio area with outside furniture, large car park, wonderful catering and a friendly welcome. We hope you will consider the Golf Club as an appropriate venue for your special event.

Our light, airy bar opens out into the Dining Room, our principle event space, with a capacity of 80 people for a seated dinner and 100 people for buffet style catering. This flexible room can be easily partitioned to provide a smaller meeting room venue which can be set up in either board room style (max.12 persons) or theatre style (max.24 persons).
