Bunkers – Poor Standard

Can I please ask why the bunkers continue to be of an extremely poor standard?

Fairway bunker on 5 has more sand in it than is required yet majority of the bunkers on the course have little sand in them.

The club continues to bounce off what must be the liner and there is just no consistency to them.

Also the new bunker on 17th already has bunker lining showing which shows I would assume poor design or construction.

I am writing this on behalf of a number of members that continue to discuss this issue amongst themselves.

Can Greens please devise a plan to deliver good quality and consistent bunkers that the members can be proud of?
