Warning if Using Sat Nav to reach the ClubPlease be aware that when approaching from the Winchester direction some Sat Navs will direct you via a deep ford in Tichborne which WILL damage your car. Once you have left the A31 to follow the B3047 into Alresford, do not follow any instruction to take the first right turn signposted "Tichborne" - instead, carry straight on and take the third right turn (just as you enter Alresford) into Jacklyns Lane, signposted to Cheriton, with also a brown sign for Alresford Golf Course. The golf course is on the left just under a mile from Alresford, just after passing the Cricketers Pub and crossing the bridge over the A31. |

| Get Directions: We are just south of Alresford and unless you approach from the south then we can only be reached via the town itself. As you pass through the town, from east or west, look for a road sign B3046 (Jacklyn's Lane) to Cheriton. After passing under a railway bridge the road climbs fairly steeply and after about 3/4 of a mile the road takes you over a bridge which crosses the (A31) Alresford by-pass. You will then find the Golf Club afterwards on your left. |
